Santa Maria is located in Pod Șimon, a small village located in-between Bran and Moieciu de Jos, in a quiet area surrounded by nature. It offers enchanting views of the Bucegi, Piatra Craiului and Măguricea mountains.
This soulful home created and brought to life by your host's (Valeria) grandmother: Ms. Maria Vișan Stoian (or Doamna Mioara as called by the locals) - a teacher and avid collector of art. For over 60 years, Ms. Stoian has been collecting folk art with much of it exhibited in Santa Maria vacation home. Hundred years-old pottery, folk costumes and household items decorate Santa Maria's rooms.
